From the founder
Hi, I'm Jaiveer Talwar.
I started Gifts That Give in 2020 with a simple belief: celebrations should create impact beyond the moment itself. The platform was built to encourage people to replace traditional gifts with donations to meaningful causes — turning birthdays, holidays, and special occasions into opportunities to give back.
Since launching, Gifts That Give has partnered with charitable organisations including Thane SPCA and has helped promote more sustainable and purpose-driven gifting within schools and local communities. Our first campaign raised over $1,200 while encouraging students and families to rethink the culture of gifting.
Outside of Gifts That Give, I'm passionate about entrepreneurship, social impact, and technology. I currently study at The Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai and have founded multiple initiatives focused on accessibility, innovation, and community engagement.
