Refund Policy

Non-refundable donations

All contributions made through Gifts That Give are charitable donations and are non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed and directed to a charity, it cannot be reversed.

Gift cards

Unredeemed gift cards may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if the recipient email was entered incorrectly. Contact admin@giftsthatgive.in within 30 days of purchase.

Technical errors

If you were charged but did not receive a donation confirmation due to a technical error, please contact us immediately at admin@giftsthatgive.in with your payment details and we will investigate.
